Chick-fil-A is seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable individuals to join our Front of House team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service with speed and accuracy. This role includes working both inside the restaurant and outside in drive-thru operations, often under a variety of weather conditions.

Nighttime Team Members should be available to work 4pm to 11pm Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
• Take and fulfill guest orders with speed and accuracy using POS systems
• Assist guests with questions, concerns, and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, drink stations, and condiment areas
• Stock and maintain front-of-house supplies
• Operate outside in the drive-thru area, including order taking and meal delivery
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with cash handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Commitment to Chick-fil-A's values of hospitality, integrity, and excellence.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Indoor and outdoor work required
• Must be comfortable working in a variety of conditions
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 810 hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally (e.g., catering trays, product boxes).
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching overhead.
• Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in hot or cold conditions (such as kitchen, walk-in cooler/freezer, or outside).
