We're looking for a motivated Residential Painting Estimator/Sales Consultant to help homeowners plan interior and exterior painting projects. This role goes beyond measuring and quoting — you'll build relationships, understand customer needs, recommend solutions, prepare accurate estimates, and guide prospects through the sales process. Painting experience is helpful but not required; we'll train the right person with a strong sales, estimating, or customer service background. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to evaluate painting projects Prepare accurate estimates and proposals Educate customers on options, scope, and expectations Follow a consistent sales process from appointment to signed contract Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with prospects Build strong customer relationships and respond promptly to leads Work toward individual and company sales goals Participate in networking, home shows, and community events Generate referrals and repeat business Maintain accurate records in company software Coordinate with production and office teams What We're Looking For Sales or estimating experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Professional, confident, customer-focused presentation Strong organization and follow-up habits Self-motivated, goal-driven, detail-oriented Comfortable with computers, smartphones, tablets, and CRM software Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a team-first attitude Strong problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record Available weekdays and Saturdays as needed High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's preferred but not required What We Provide Company vehicle, computer, phone, and tablet Paid, structured on-the-job training Performance-based bonus opportunities Established brand reputation and qualified inbound leads Support from an experienced office and production team Compensation: Full-time, commission-based with performance incentives,- ranging from $60K - $80K — strong earning potential for those who follow the process and close profitable projects.
