Key Responsibilities for the Financial Controller:

• Lead monthly financial reporting and month-end close processes.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing activities.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital planning.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes.
• Partner with operations to improve inventory accuracy and bill of materials management.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications for the Financial Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Leadership experience with a track record of process improvement and operational support.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing and operations teams.
