Employment Immigration Attorney (Hybrid)

Bashyam Global Immigration Law Group LLP, a Raleigh, NC-based immigration firm, has an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced Employment Immigration Attorney. This is a hybrid position at our Raleigh office. You would be responsible for assisting medium to large companies with their employment-based immigration and global mobility needs. To learn more about Bashyam Global, see our website at As a Business Immigration Attorney , your duties will include establishing case strategy, regularly communicating with clients and their employees regarding case processing and procedural issues, troubleshooting, and providing client updates and status reports. You will be responsible for preparing, drafting, and filing your own petitions, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, R-1, and I-140 applications, EB-1, PERM (EB-2, EB-3) applications, and AOS under the employment-based category. Qualifications for our Employment Immigration Attorney You must have: A J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. At least 2 to 4 years of employment-based immigration experience ; internships can be included. An exceptional and smart demeanor when dealing with clients, paralegals, co-workers, and attorneys. Recent successful experience in preparing, drafting, and filing your own petitions for various employment-based visas. The ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ability to take initiative, be open-minded, flexible, and work independently.Outstanding case management and organizational skills.
