Compensation & Perks:
- Weekly Average: $1,500 – $2,000.
- Tarping Pay: $40 per load (approx. 40–50% of loads).
- Stability: $300 weekly non-taxed per diem to maximize your take-home pay.
- Wait Time Coverage: $16/hr detention (after 2 hrs) and $50 layover (after 24 hrs).
- Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage active after just 30 days.

Operational Details:
- Mileage: Consistent 2,300 – 2,800 miles per week.
- Load Type: Regional flatbed. Must be proficient with chains, straps, binders, and tarps.
- Freight: Year-round, steady steel volume.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: At least 12 months of Flatbed experience within the last 5 years.
- Specific Skillset: Proven experience hauling steel pipe or flat steel.
- Age: Minimum 22 years old.
- Safety Record: No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years; zero Clearinghouse violations.
- Testing: Ability to pass a standard pre-employment urine drug screen.
