Closing Manager - Lead Closings & Team

You will review and approve sales contract packages, monitor loan progress, and audit closings. Lead Closing Coordinators, plan weekly cross-department meetings, supervise document flow (soil letters, surveys, keys), and prepare HUDs for closings.
