H Mar-Bella Collection αναζητά HR Executive για το ξενοδοχείο Elix, στην Πέρδικα, Θεσπρωτίας.
Τήρηση ακριβών και ενημερωμένων αρχείων προσωπικού.
Διαχείριση φακέλων και προσωπικών δεδομένων σύμφωνα με τον GDPR.
Σύνταξη και αποστολή συμβάσεων, προσφορών εργασίας και άλλων επίσημων εγγράφων.
Επεξεργασία παρουσιολογίων και ενημέρωση για την προσέλευση προσωπικού.
Παρακολούθηση αδειών, απουσιών και υπερωριών.
Διαχείριση αιτημάτων προσωπικού σχετικά με αποδοχές, άδειες και λοιπά θέματα.
Λειτουργία ως σημείο επαφής για το προσωπικό σε θέματα HR.
Συμμετοχή στη σύνταξη εσωτερικών ανακοινώσεων και ενημερώσεων.
Υποστήριξη στη διοργάνωση εκδηλώσεων προσωπικού.
Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με την εργατική νομοθεσία και τις εσωτερικές πολιτικές του ξενοδοχείου.
Υποστήριξη σε ελέγχους και αναφορές HR.
Requirements
Πτυχίο σε Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σχετικό αντικείμενο.
Εμπειρία 1-3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά στον κλάδο της φιλοξενίας.
Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
Άριστη γνώση MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας και διαχείρισης GDPR.
Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).
Γνώση HR συστημάτων (π.χ Pylon, ή παρόμοια).
Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
Εχεμύθεια και επαγγελματισμός.
Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διάφορα επίπεδα διοίκησης.
