OR RN - Godley, TX

A rewarding opportunity awaits experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses with strong circulating skills. This contract position supports a busy surgical team in Godley, TX, delivering excellent patient care in an OR environment.


Schedule:

• Tuesday through Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-call required: 5-7 days per month
• No block scheduling, no 48-hour shifts, no floating
• Maximum 3 days requested time off during assignment

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications (active)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Solid background in Ortho, Urology, GYN, General Surgery, Robotic (XI), and Endoscopy cases
• Prior travel contract experience preferred
• Willingness to adapt to paper charting; prior experience a plus
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Full compliance with submission requirements, including home address and SSN

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate in a fast-paced OR setting with 1:1 patient ratios
• Collaborate within a team, ensuring safety and adherence to best practices throughout the perioperative period
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, coordinate with surgical staff, and support smooth flow of cases
• Manage patient care documentation using paper charts
• Participate in scheduled on-call coverage as needed
