Child & Adolescent Psychiatry | Western North Carolina

Build a long-term psychiatry career in Western North Carolina with an established community program serving children, adolescents, and adults. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team while enjoying a balanced inpatient/outpatient model, leadership potential, and a schedule built with sustainability in mind.

Practice Details

• Full-spectrum psychiatry serving child, adolescent, and adult patients
• Integrated inpatient and outpatient model
• Team of four psychiatrists, APPs, and a psychologist
• Program built for growth with leadership opportunities available

Schedule

• Inpatient rounding starts at 8:30 am, outpatient clinic mid-day
• Early wrap-up on Fridays
• Structure designed to be sustainable long-term

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary starting at 335,000
• 30 days PTO plus 5 CME days and a 5,000 annual CME allowance
• Eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
