Server/Bartender

The Ranch Sports Grill a full-service restaurant and bar and is great for sporting events and families as well. We are dedicated to providing memorable experiences through our passion for service and our community. We are currently looking for an experienced part-time Server/Bartender to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter and team player who enjoys working with people and has an interest in growing. Flexible Hours. Shifts are available weekdays, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, exceeding their expectations. Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Take orders and serve all food and beverage requests, noting all special dietary needs and requests. Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and clear and reset tables in the dining room, patio and bar area utilizing the appropriate table settings and service ware. Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and service equipment, following sanitation, safety and alcoholic beverage policies. Secure proper payment and use proper cash handling procedures. Position Requirements 6 months relevant restaurant experience as a Server/Bartender. Energetic and guest service oriented. Must have good knowledge of craft beer, wine and cocktails. Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages and possess current Food Handler Card and RBS Certification. Must be detail orientated, able to perform multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. Experience in a fast-paced, guest service-oriented environment.
