Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based settings
• Strong ability to create and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
• Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to special education services

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Serve as a resource to teachers and staff regarding communication strategies and accommodations
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to professional development initiatives
