RN VA Private Care Nurse

• Part Time | Weekday Visits | No On-Call
• Lebanon, MO and surrounding areas
• Up to $45 per visit

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
• May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
• Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.
• Follow state approved care plan.
• Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
• Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of MO
• In Home experience preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and self-management skills
• Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work autonomously
• Strong and compassionate customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license, Active Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation
