Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Concierge / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position serves as an important first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff while providing administrative support to the facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries

• Assist residents and families with questions, requests, and general concerns

• Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area

• Assist with administrative and clerical duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation

• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating information as needed

• Maintain accurate records and handle information with confidentiality

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and outside providers

• Assist the administrative team with daily office operations

• Receive and distribute mail and other deliveries

• Provide support with facility events and resident activities when needed

• Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-service-focused environment

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, receptionist, concierge, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is a plus
