Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, whether one-on-one, family, or group therapy, utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, setting realistic goals and identifying appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive, coordinated care experience for clients.

• Engage actively in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as necessary to assure our clients' well-being.

• Maintain diligent documentation practices, ensuring all case notes and treatment records meet the highest ethical standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
