You will help bring value to the organization by identifying and targeting new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. You have a servant leadership mindset and passion for people and are not afraid to answer questions and provide guidance to staff, escalating issues as needed. Our managers have a genuine care for people and consistently strive to lead with integrity, caring, and excellence.What you’ll do:Lead and manage a team of Wealth Advisors, providing coaching on sales techniques, business development, and client relationship strategies to maximize individual and team performanceIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while cultivating strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders to support revenue growthStay informed on market trends and competitor activity to inform local strategy and advisor developmentPrepare and present sales performance updates and forecasts to regional leadershipAchieve and exceed local sales targets while maintaining a high standard of client service and profitabilityActively participate in community and professional networks, positioning Frost as a trusted partner and expanding influence across the regionAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; or equivalent experienceFINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses or FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses; or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire General Lines Agent License: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO Insurance; or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within financial services or a related fieldDemonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with strengths in business development and relationship managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft computer applicationsOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
