This position is remote, allowing licensed therapists the flexibility to work from their own home environment. Our telehealth facility operates weekdays and Saturdays, giving clinicians the autonomy to create their own schedules within this framework. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, collecting comprehensive information to inform treatment planning.

• Developing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and ensuring that clients receive appropriate care tailored to their specific needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate positive changes in clients' thought patterns and behaviors.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess an active license as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the State of California.

• Commit to providing 10 to 40 hours of therapy sessions each week, adaptable to both part-time and full-time schedules.

• Demonstrate a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we encourage candidates with additional qualifications such as specialized training in trauma-informed care, experience with community mental health resources, or knowledge of integration of medical and mental health services to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
