Minimum Requirements

\n
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n

Assignment Details

\n

\n
• Primary location is Portland clinic, with floating to another nearby clinic as needed based on caseload.
\n
• EMR: Prompt ER.
\n
• Productivity model: one-on-one patient care.
\n
• Patient population includes mostly orthopedic cases, balance issues, and some Parkinson’s patients.
\n
