About this role The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) drive innovation across our clients’ transformation journeys. As an Epic Certified Bridges Consultant, you will partner with Accenture teams, software vendor teams, and clients to design, document, and support Epic Bridges implementations. Responsibilities Document current state business workflows. Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Provide input into high‑level functional specifications. Work with project managers, architects, business analysts, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application. Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to ensure clear and complete understanding. Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing. Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements. Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities. Serve as an intermediary with the client’s Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows, and technology capabilities and limitations. Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source‑to‑target mapping. Other duties as assigned, including implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Bridges Analyst role. Certification in Epic Bridges. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If holding an associate degree, minimum 6 years of work experience is required. Preferred / Bonus Points Minimum 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm. Experience in at least one full Epic implementation. Experience with Mirth or Cloverleaf. SQL and integration experience. Location and Schedule This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations: Nashville, Atlanta, Columbus, Dallas. Compensation & Benefits Compensation varies by office location, role, skill set, and experience. The posting will remain open until 05/30/2026.
