Strategic R&D Engineer: Technical Coordination (SRTC)

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Research and Development Engineer in the SRTS within ARL to lead strategic requirements and coordinate technical efforts across S3. The role includes managing research engineers and program managers, budgeting, and coordinating with division leadership in State College.

You will secure funding, travel as needed, and build high-performing teams across engineering, science, and support staff while ensuring mission relevance and rigorous communication
