Brand Ambassador

Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, driving sales goals, and supporting store initiatives while representing brand expectations. Role involves customer engagement, supporting alternative purchasing processes, and contributing to a collaborative store environment. Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer focus Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training Utilize More Ways to Shop and new technologies to increase sales Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and digital tools Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times Represent the customer experience expectations aligned to brand standards Requirements Retail or similar industry experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers #J-18808-Ljbffr
