Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow to join our team in Auburn, NH, serving a 3rd-5th grade caseload for the upcoming school year. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy services to students with various communication needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
