All services are provided under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).Responsibilities Include:Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityProviding overnight supervision and safety monitoringOffering companionship and emotional supportLight housekeeping, including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe environmentMeal planning, preparation, and grocery shoppingAssisting with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercisesSupporting client independence while preserving dignity and respectMonitoring and reporting any changes in client condition to the supervising nurseParticipating in company-provided training and continuing education (CEUs)QualificationsActive New Jersey CHHA Certification (required)High school diploma or GED preferredCPR certification preferredClear background check and drug screeningDependable, compassionate, and strong communication skillsReliable transportation requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to safely lift up to 30 lbs and assist with mobilityAbility to travel to client homes (some locations may not be wheelchair accessible)Good vision, hearing, and overall physical healthWork LocationClient homes throughout South Jersey, including:Gloucester CountyCamden CountySalem CountyCumberland CountyNearby surrounding areasWhy Choose Care Right There?At Care Right There Home Care, caregivers are at the heart of everything we do.
