Regional Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Regional Property Manager who has a track record for assembling and supervising teams that outperform their respective markets. What do we need you to do? Supervise a portfolio of 5 – 7 apartment properties in the DFW area. The Job Our Regional Property Managers are responsible for: Hiring, motivating, supporting and supervising the managers and staffs on the properties in their portfolio. Interface as needed with property owners and/or asset managers to communicate the ongoing performance of their properties and any issues that need their attention or involvement. Monitor, review and approve all property operating expenses. Financial review and reporting monthly, quarterly and annually. Preparation of annual operating budgets. Weekly pricing calls with managers in order to set rental rates, specials, deposits, leasing criteria and leasing goals for each property. Respond to and resolve any resident complaints and/or concerns communicated to the corporate office. Monitor portfolio performance on review sites and motivate staffs to continually improve their standing on those review sites The Details Our Regional Property Managers should meet the following criteria: Be positive, energetic, and love property management. Have a minimum of two years of experience as a multiple property manager. Additional onsite experience will be considered a major plus Have working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite, and also be proficient in EXCEL and budget preparation Must live in the DFW area, preferably within a reasonable commute to our West Plano office location. We currently have a hybrid work program with a mix of time spent on the properties, at the corporate office and remotely.
