LPN - LTC

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified LPN or RN to join our team. This position features a rotating schedule with shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM, requiring availability for 36-48 hours per week and every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a non-skilled facility.
• Monitor and document resident health status and care activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support residents with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the state.
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and provide compassionate care.

This is a 32-bed non-skilled facility, currently serving an average census of 23-25 residents. Join our dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of our residents.
