You’ll operate a Landis cut-threading machine and a chamfer machine to produce high-quality steel studs while keeping close watch on process data and tool condition.A Day in the LifeSet up and run a Landis cut-threader on various steel studs.Operate the chamfer machine to support the threading process.Record machine metrics, part quantities, and gauge check results; keep related files up to date.Perform routine maintenance and make necessary repairs using hand tools.Select appropriate speeds, feeds, and tooling to meet tight tolerances, referencing manuals and material specifications for both set-ups and repairs.Interpret guidance from reference manuals and related documentation to diagnose conditions and carry out repairs.Grind and replace tools as needed to maintain part quality.What You BringHigh School Diploma or equivalentAssociate / Technical Diploma or equivalentBachelor of Science or equivalentPrior experience in a similar role #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
