Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Float

The Med Surg Float position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of medical-surgical units. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to different clinical settings, ensuring continuity of care across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patients' conditions throughout their stay.
• Assist with procedures and treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
