Rehab Aide

Schedule: M-F 8:00A- 4:30P Compensation: $18-21/hour, increases based on experience. Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. Generous Paid Time Off + Paid Sick Time with carry over Short and Long Term Disability Personal and Family Medical Leave Excellent Orientation Program Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.) Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment Minimum Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree in an OT Assistant program required Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) required Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification Class E license allowing for the operation of the shuttle bus prior to start date.
