Our bartenders play a key role in delivering the Spinato's experience by creating a welcoming, guest-first environment while serving high-quality beverages and supporting the team during every shift.

Bartenders are responsible for preparing drinks to Spinato's standards, maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed, cared for, and excited to return. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Create a guest-first atmosphere with friendly, professional service
• Accurately and efficiently ring in guest orders
• Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine according to Spinato's recipes and specifications
• Stock and maintain bar inventory including beer, wine, liquor, glassware, ice, and supplies
• Monitor and control bar inventory
• Slice and juice fruit as needed for service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area
• Communicate effectively with team members across all departments
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
• Comply with all local and state alcohol laws
• Adhere to all Spinato's policies and procedures regarding alcohol service

Qualifications:

• Current Food Handler Certification (required)
• AZ Alcohol Certification (required)
• Ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members
• Ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in environments with heat, cold, and water exposure
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours
• Willingness to perform cleaning and organizational duties
