Our Farmers Insurance agency in Houston, Texas is looking for a motivated, driven, and customer-focused Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is an in-office sales position designed for someone who wants to focus on what they do best: selling, building relationships, and earning commissions.
We provide the leads. You bring the drive to close the sale.
What You Can Earn
- $30,000 annual base salary
- UNCAPPED commissions
- No ceiling on your commission earnings

What You'll Do
- Contact and follow up with qualified leads provided by the agency
- Quote and sell personal and commercial insurance products
- Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up consistently with prospects to close sales
- Cross-sell additional insurance products and coverage
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Represent the Farmers Insurance brand professionally and ethically
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license REQUIRED
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Motivated by goals and financial success
- Strong closing and follow-up skills
- Competitive, positive, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work effectively in an in-office, team-oriented environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
