Pack is a development platform focused on digital mentoring and coaching. We aim to increase employees' satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention and provide HR departments with personalized development plans and data to improve decision-making. We do this thanks to three elements: an international network of world-star mentors and coaches, a software managing all steps of growth programs, and our scientific methodology.

About the Role

• Design and develop front-end and back-end aspects of software applications, integrating design and functionality seamlessly.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases to enhance application efficiency and performance.
• Oversee the complete application lifecycle, from conceptual design through to deployment, ensuring high-quality standards and user satisfaction.
• Determine the structure and functionalities of web applications, aligning with both user needs and business goals.
• Implement and manage AWS Cloud infrastructure and services to ensure scalability, security, and reliability of the applications.
• Write testable, reusable code and optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability, adhering to best practices in web development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS (TailwindCSS), and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with modern front-end frameworks (Sveltekit, React, Vue…), in particular, experience with or a willingness to learn the SvelteKit framework.
• Good knowledge of database management, specifically PostgreSQL, and proficiency in SQL language, showcasing the ability to design, optimize, and manage complex databases.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services (e.g., EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda) and understanding of cloud architecture principles, IaC, security practices, and cost management.
• A solid understanding of the principles of web development and the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks as required.
• Proficient in using Git for version control, demonstrating best practices in code management and collaboration across distributed teams.
• English level B2

Contract

• Working hours: full-time
• Contract term: Permanent contract

How We Work:

• FULL-REMOTE: you will work full-remote. But we periodically organize team-buildings to spend some great time together! Anyway, we've just started creating an HQ in Barcelona. Everyone is welcome but it is not mandatory to come.
• FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS: you will be free to schedule your working hours. We don't care how many hours you work, we only check on your output and results.
