Audit Senior

We are a leading midsize CPA firm in Philadelphia that rejects the traditional public accounting grind. Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for diverse clients.
Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff accountant team members on the field.
Perform risk assessments and develop detailed audit programs tailored to client risks.
Review financial statements, disclosures, and internal controls for accuracy and compliance.
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients to resolve complex accounting issues.

Qualifications

3+ years of public accounting audit experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA license completed or actively tracking toward licensure.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS standards.
Proven experience leading engagements and directing staff work.
