Job Description Job Description IN-HOME CARE AIDE Home Care Services | Immediate Openings Aachele Home Care and Hospice, LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional In-Home Care Aides to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. We are looking for caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping seniors and adults maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and safety at home . POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES As an In-Home Care Aide, you may assist clients with: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Toileting and incontinence care Mobility, walking, and safe transfers Meal preparation and feeding assistance Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean client environment Laundry and linen changes Medication reminders Companionship and social interaction Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition Following the client's established care/service plan Completing required visit documentation Providing respectful and professional care at all times QUALIFICATIONS Applicants should: Be dependable and able to report to scheduled assignments on time Have a caring and professional attitude Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care Be able to follow written care instructions Communicate effectively with clients, families, and agency staff Maintain client confidentiality Be able to work independently in a client's home Successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and orientation Meet applicable agency and state requirements for the position Previous home care, personal care, CNA, PCA, caregiver, assisted living, or senior-care experience is preferred.
