Service Advisor/Express Manager

Express Service Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Express Service Manager to lead our fast-paced service team. If you thrive in a high-energy environment and have a passion for automotive service and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the express service department
Manage and train express service advisors
Ensure quick, efficient, and high-quality service for all customers
Maintain workflow to meet productivity and revenue goals
Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment needs
Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
Clearly explain recommended services, timelines, and costs
Create and manage repair orders

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive service management or a similar role
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
Valid driver's license
