Flex Personal Care Aide/Caregiver Modified Full Time - 30 hours per week Serving the Tri-County Area We are seeking an individual who is full of energy and loves being a busy bee. If you love to stay on the go and care for multiple clients a day we want to connect with you. As a PCA, you'll earn competitive pay helping seniors live safely and happily at home. Proudly Celebrating 60 Years of Impact & 20 Years of Local Service and Excellence A few must-haves for PCAs/Caregivers: * Highly flexible schedule, Possible multiple clients daily and willing to travel through the Tri-County area (Dorchester, Berkeley, and Charleston counties) * High school diploma (or equivalent) * Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred. * Valid driver's license, auto insurance and transportation * Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift 50 lbs. Modified Full Time (30 hours weekly) Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vison, 401K * PTO * Holiday Pay As a PCAs/Caregiver, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do: * Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home. * Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship. * Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises. * Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns. * Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways. * Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
