Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care across various departments as needed.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for compliance.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Adapt to various clinical settings and patient needs efficiently.
Engage in performance evaluations to track personal growth and targets.
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Utilize data and metrics to improve patient care strategies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license and relevant certifications in nursing.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Experience in diverse clinical settings, adaptable to various departments.
Ability to monitor and report patient conditions accurately and timely.
Proficiency in administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and patient education.
Familiarity with electronic medical records and compliance documentation.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient care responsibilities.
Willingness to engage in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations.
Ability to utilize data to enhance patient care strategies effectively.
