EHS Coordinator

As a health and safety professional, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our projects by monitoring and adapting safety procedures and operations to ensure a safe and fully compliant work environment for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting clients with industrial safety and health analysis, program development, reporting, auditing, training, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional, familiar with highly industrial environments, with a strong ability to work independently, a high degree of integrity, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Participate in Client projects ensuring regulatory requirements are understood and sites are operating within compliance. Trained to identify potential safety and industrial health concerns through frequent inspection of sites and recommend corrective action. Regularly prepare inspection reports for client projects documenting adherence to approved plans, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Stay current on industry trends and changes in OSHA regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Health, Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. ASP Certification is preferred. Entry level to two (2) years of experience in the safety and industrial health field. Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, project management software tools, and the ability to adapt to software programs as needed to prepare reports. Trained to perform Industrial Hygiene sampling. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate technical procedures and instructions within multiple levels of staff and clients.
