The Opportunity:- Consistent inbound buyer and seller leads from Zillow Flex and Realtor.com Market VIP
- Agents on our team average 10+ new leads per month from team-provided sources
- Purpose-built systems for fast response, disciplined follow-up, and higher conversion
- Back-end support that lets you spend your time selling, not drowning in admin
- A proven framework where committed agents can realistically earn $100,000+ per year

Your Day-to-Day:- Guide buyer and seller clients from initial conversation through closing
- Engage inbound leads quickly and convert them into appointments
- Follow a proven CRM workflow to nurture prospects and stay top of mind
- Develop lasting client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Premium lead sources including Zillow Flex and Realtor.com Market VIP
- A modern tech stack that keeps your pipeline organized and moving
- Ongoing training, coaching, and real-time support when you need it
- Full transaction coordination so paperwork never slows you down

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday • Self-determined schedule • Weekend availability
