Come energized to chat about a role that is really the opportunity of your college career!Job Responsibilities:Work or pair with team to deliver identify and implement process improvements for EMPO – process automation, reporting, quality reviews, project management automation, documenting automation, requirements gathering automation.Actively participate in increment planning activities that will drive to committed outcomesAssist and engage in key team events (i.e., planning, training, workshops)Support the product owner and overall team to identify and articulate requirements (backlog refinement)Support events with customers that aids in their learning (e.g., communities of practice, demos)Desired Experience/Skills:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems with an emphasis in Information Technology, Business Analytics, or Data AnalyticsExperience in leading teams, i.e.in school, personal organizations, clubsSelf-motivated, servant minded and creativeExceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial mindset, take accountability and ownership of tasksExcellent critical thinking, able to solve problems quickly and creativelyExperience with Microsoft or Power Automate automationExperience with Lean, Shingo or Six Sigma conceptsExperience with Process Mapping
