Manufacturing EngineerRequired Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role. Previous experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer in a concrete manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of concrete batching processes from start to finish. Experience performing concrete and slurry/sludge testing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CAD software, 2D drafting, and solid modeling. Experience managing quality issues, corrective actions, and related documentation. Ability to manage and develop two direct reports. Strong data management, reporting, and documentation skills. Experience overseeing annual concrete certifications and ensuring compliance with state requirements. Ability to travel to Atlanta approximately 4-5 times per year.Job Description: A client of Insight Global is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Leesburg, FL.
