Case Manager

To enhance member experience in a remote setting, the full-time California Licensed Case Manager will research and respond to member grievances and appeals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Research and respond to member grievances and appeals Meet regulatory requirements related to case management Improve overall member experience through effective case handling Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, grievances, or appeals 2 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or managed care Experience with documentation, data entry, and records management (2 years) Strong organizational and time management skills
