Scope
Job Summary
Oversees the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of gas compression systems across a regional production area. Coordinates contractor activities, ensures safety compliance, and supports troubleshooting, reporting, and training efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Operations and Maintenance

Perform daily compressor and facility operations.
Troubleshoot field issues on-site and through remote monitoring.
Schedule and coordinate compressor repairs.
Maintain accurate downtime and extended-outage reporting.

Field Oversight and Compliance

Supervise 10–30 contractors and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Audit JSAs and contractor compliance with company safety policies.
Conduct inspections, purging, and LDAR activities.
Use work platforms to create and assign vendor work requests.

Training and Collaboration

Interact daily with foremen, operators, mechanics, and contractors.
Support tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
Technical Skills

Compressor operations, diagnostics, and facility maintenance experience preferred.
Familiarity with remote-monitoring platforms and reporting systems preferred.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills.
Safety-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
