Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Tarvos Talent is seeking a FP&A Manager for an innovative and rapidly growing client located in North Austin, TX. This hybrid opportunity offers high visibility with executive leadership, ownership of the full P&L, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a forward-thinking organization embracing AI and automation.
As the FP&A Manager, you'll lead a team of analysts while overseeing forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial planning across the business. You'll partner cross-functionally to deliver executive-level insights, drive process improvements, and balance recurring responsibilities with the variety of high-impact ad hoc initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of FP&A experience and 2+ years of management experience within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment, along with experience owning the full P&L and presenting to C-suite executives. They will also be a collaborative and polished leader who enjoys developing others and thrives on improving processes.
