CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

About the Position Cashier / Food Service Worker – Full-time or part-time. Location: 426 Wells Mill Drive, Oxford, OH 45056. Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating weekends, various shifts (details upon interview). Pay: $17.00 per hour. Benefits: Paid training and uniforms provided. Requirement: Prior cashier and food service experience is preferred. Job Summary Operates Point of Sale system, assists the chef, prepares coffee, and maintains clean cashier and coffee station areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts; assist with catering orders. Perform cashier duties using the POS system. Conduct general cleaning; dispose of trash in designated areas. Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving. Create cash receipts and make deposits at the end of each shift while maintaining cash accuracy. Inventory and restock supplies and food products. Set up serving line, monitor temperature and notify cooks if temperatures are not within acceptable limits. Serve hot and cold items to customers. Prepare items for purchase on a daily basis. Maintain refrigerator stock and rotate products following first‑in, first‑out principles. Stock pantries with correct par levels; record replenishments and refrigerator temperatures on the floor stock form. Perform other duties as assigned.
