What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU setting at Northside Hospital in Atlanta
• Manage care for critically ill, premature, and medically complex newborns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nurses
• Deliver evidence-based, individualized care and participate in clinical decision-making
• Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
• Engage in patient and family education and support
• Contribute to a fast-growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs

What You Need

• Active professional license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Georgia
• Experience in neonatal or pediatric care preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including 24-hour rotations
