Water Mitigation Technician

Pay: $24- $37/hour D.O.E
Schedule: Days and times vary
Location: Oregon & Washington

A growing water mitigation and restoration company is seeking reliable, motivated candidates to join their team. This role involves hands-on restoration work in residential and commercial environments. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage restoration services, including water extraction and structural drying
• Interact with customers in a professional manner
• Execute mold remediation processes to maintain safe and healthy environments
• Work in challenging environments , including tight, dark, hot/cold, and wet spaces
• Frequently lift and carry up to 60 lbs
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools
• Will be required to wear a respirator when needed
• Clean and prepare job sites while following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop restoration plans
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each project

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restoration or water mitigation preferred but not required
• Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques is a plus
• Experience with mold remediation is beneficial
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in varying conditions and adapt to changing environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
