Execute precise residential concrete estimating, material takeoffs, and labor hour calculations from day one.

Maintain the live job schedule by coordinating directly with builders, pump trucks, and concrete providers.

Build complete, high-quality bid packages incorporating tight written proposals, scopes, exclusions, and qualifications.

Track active projects through all construction phases from pre-pour and footings to final billing readiness.

Surface real-time scheduling conflicts to leadership while filtering routine operational inquiries from builders.

Cultivate valuable General Contractor relationships to qualify pipeline opportunities against company margin criteria.

Some estimating experience is required, preferably in residential concrete, foundations, or flatwork.

Operations oversight experience is highly desirable.

Target candidates with:

Residential concrete estimating experience

Construction operations/project coordination experience

Crew management, scheduling, or production oversight

Strong organizational and communication skills

Interest and ability to be trained into commercial estimating
