$10,000 Sign On Bonus - External Hires Only The LPN is a new graduate or a nurse who has not practiced nursing within the past five years. The LPN functions under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN provides nursing care, performs basic nursing procedures and administers medications once competency has been determined.
