Job Details:
- Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry required
- Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one required
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
