Primary Skills:Workday Reporting (Expert), Financial Reporting (Proficient), Prism (intermediate), Tableau (intermediate), Excel (Proficient) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ months with possible extension Location: Austin, TX (#LI- onsite once per quarter) Pay Range: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour #LP Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting and Analytics Engineer to join our finance team. This role involves developing and maintaining robust Workday reporting solutions to support financial decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity and deliver impactful insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Workday reports using Report Writer and Advanced Reports. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Workday reporting. Support ad hoc analytics requests with a focus on business impact. Collaborate with downstream systems for accurate data integration. Lead requirement gathering and documentation for reporting needs. Must-Have Skills: 4+ years of relevant Workday Finance and Accounting reporting experience, including Prism and/or Tableau (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience) Workday certification or commitment to obtain. Technical proficiency with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Industry Experience: Experience in the retail and/or grocery industry is preferred.
