Construction Project Estimator
Builcore
Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for construction projects. Request and review proposals from vendors. Attend Pre-Bid meetings or pre-construction meetings. Job site visits as required. Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals to understand the scope of work and project requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating within the general contractor industry. Extensive knowledge in quantity take off, and proposal preparation. Proficiency in quantity take off software is a must. Expertise in navigating specifications and plans effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or a related field. Deep understanding of construction costs, methods, and industry standards. Language Spanish (Recommended) Competitive salary, based on experience level.
